Abstract：
伴随着知识经济的到来，高等教育在社会和经济发展中的作用越来越重要。本文从高等教育机会均等和高等教育集资，高等教育的自治和竞争，高等教育的多样化和灵活性，学术自由问题等４上方面面论述了民办高等教育的地位和作用。
