Abstract：
研究了在pH2.0条件下,偶氮胂Ⅲ与牛血清白蛋白产生的结合反应,据此建立了一种新的测定微量蛋白质的分光光度法.方法的线性范围在0～40mg/L, 桑德尔灵敏度为0.22μg/cm2,相关系数为0.9990,相对标准偏差为0.161%.所建立的新方法应用于人体液中白蛋白的测定,取得了满意的结果.
