采用直流辉光放电产生的冷等离子体对塑料表面进行处理,研究了接触角、粘接力在处理前后的变化,结果表明HDPE薄膜的接触角由原84°降低到30°,PP膜由原88°降低到38°,粘接力相应提高到30倍,较佳的处理条件为电流密度2~5mA/cm2,处理时间2~12min,本底气压30~200Pa,工作气体可选用空气或氧气.对所研制的表面处理机作了简单介绍.
