Abstract:
利用高分离效能、高灵敏度的毛细管高效液相色谱法,实现皮摩尔级微量蛇毒蛋白质的组分分离.同时利用自行充填的毛细管高效液相色谱柱替代昂贵的原装柱,既能较好分离复杂的蛇毒蛋白质,又可满足不同的分离纯化要求.
