Abstract:
针对改性聚丙烯(MPP)单壁波纹电缆导管的特性,采用普通聚丙烯(PP)原料作为基料,考察了滑石粉(TALC)、丙烯基弹性体/聚乙烯树脂(POE/PE)及刚性有机树脂A的适宜用量.结果表明:PE100树脂及刚性有机树脂A可显著提高管材的性能,达到增强增韧的效果.按照优化的配方(PP/TALC/POE/PE100/刚性有机树脂A=70/22/4/4/6)制出的样条材料的弯曲模量≥2 000 MPa,简支梁冲击强度≥10 kJ/m2,维卡软化温度≥135℃,具有较好的刚韧平衡,综合性能良好.采用此改性料生产的DB 150 mm S2 MPP单壁波纹管,性能指标符合DL/T802.8—2014的标准要...
