Abstract：
以营运车辆的GPS数据作为研究对象,根据路网连接的拓扑属性构建电子矢量地图,在离散化的时-空系统中,提出新的交通状态判别算法设计思路.考虑路段交通状态的时空关联特性,采用当前路段速度、邻近时空序列速度综合计算进行路段交通状态判别.
