Abstract：
高校是学生学习的重要场所,辅导员在高校教育中扮演了十分重要的角色,他们在工作中经常采用＂对话式＂思想政治教育方法和学生保持有效交流。本文旨在独特的环境背景下讨论新型的＂对话式＂思想政治教育模式,为微时代下高校辅导员如何提高思想政治教育工作效率提供参考。
