Abstract：
文章分析福建省脱贫政策实施现状,运用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数实证研究精准脱贫政策实施效果。针对实证分析结果,对如何构建福建省精准脱贫促进机制提出建议:要优化财政支出结构,重视人力资本投入,优化财政脱贫的产业结构。
