Abstract：
近年来公众人物隐私权受到侵犯的事件逐渐增多,而公众人物隐私权的立法保护相对不足。通过分析公众人物隐私遭受侵犯的各种原因,结合公众人物隐私权的保护与限制两方面,呼吁立法界研究公众人物隐私权的保护界限,更加明确的界定纯属个人隐私与公众知晓内容的范围。
