Abstract：
中国共产党在成立之初,就已经意识到青年的重要作用,并通过多种方式组织和发动青年,从而巩固和扩大自己的青年群众基础。中国共产党在成立初期就重视青年工作,主要原因有:(1)马克思主义经典作家有关青年的论述;(2)自身组织发展的需要;(3)苏联青年运动的影响。
