Abstract：
本文利用2008-2012年中小板上市公司的数据,实证研究了高管政治联系的不同方式与实际税收负担的关系,发现政府官员类政治联系与实际税收负担显著正相关,代表委员类政治联系与实际税收负担显著负相关。
