Abstract:

采用磨床对5CrNiMo钢进行磨削硬化处理,研究普通刚玉砂轮和碳化硅砂轮、不同进给量、不同磨床及干磨、湿磨对5CrNiMo钢磨削表面硬化层的影响规律。结果得出,在"工具磨床、白刚玉、干磨"磨削条件下采用0.02 mm的进给量,磨削硬化效果最好,磨削硬化层的硬度最大可达到3000 HV。
