Abstract：
C2C信用评价体系给网络电子商务带来了全新发展和变化,但是其中存在不正当评价的问题,对其他经营者和消费者带来损害,构成不正当竞争。本文分析了不正当信用评价表现及其带来的危害,并对其进行法律分析。
