Abstract：
当前我国物流企业对资源的利用率低,很难做到资源的充分利用,造成资源严重浪费,增加了企业的经营成本,特别是不断涌现的中小型物流企业。文中在此基础上分析了中小型企业的发展现状并讨论了企业对资源整合的途径。
