Abstract：
文中回顾了当前国内外具有参照价格效应的供应链研究现状,通过对具有参照价格效应的形成与发展途径的剖析,进一步分析影响供应链成员广告决策的诸多因素,并提出参照价格研究对供应链成员决策制定具有重要意义。
