Abstract:
文章对某厂5台超高压水晶釜进行疲劳断裂分析,结果表明,该厂5台在役水晶釜釜体内壁存在深a0=1mm,半长c0=3mm的半椭圆表面裂纹时裂纹均会扩展,且均不满足"未爆先漏"条件,存在爆炸性脆性破裂的危害,同时得到了1#水晶釜表面裂纹不同尺寸的裂纹萌生寿命与整个疲劳寿命的理论比值,该值与材料疲劳损伤试验结果相吻合。
