Abstract：
在对已有研究进行回顾和述评的基础上,对经济发展方式转变的涵义进行了尝试性的分析探讨,并就建设资源节约型社会对促进经济发展方式转变的作用进行了阐释分析,认为资源节约型社会建设是转变经济发展方式的必然要求、根本出发点和有效途径。
