Abstract：
库存作为物流重要的一部分,起着缓冲储存和保管等作用,良好的库存模式不仅可以提升物流效率,而且可以有效地控制成本,从而达到双赢的目的。文中着重介绍联合库存管理,介绍它的基本思想和运行模式,同时分析在这种模式下对于供应链各方带来的实际收益。
