Abstract：
福州市台江区的上下杭曾经商铺林立,是闽商的发源地,如今却是破败不堪。伴随着福州的旧城改造,上下杭的振兴被提上了议程。结合商业街研究的理论基础,借鉴王府井商业街的成功案例,提出上下杭商业街的振兴对策。
