劳资关系是劳资双方在劳动过程中所发生的雇佣关系,在不同利益的驱使下,双方之间产生矛盾。本文对当前我国劳资矛盾的突出表现及其形成原因进行深入分析,并从政府、企业、工会和劳动者自身等角度出发,提出缓和我国劳资矛盾的政策。
