Abstract：
社会权内显社会法的结构与本质,外显社会法的系统与环境,是社会法产生的逻辑起点。社会法的价值体现为多方面,如社会安全、社会稳定、社会秩序等,但社会正义是社会法的核心价值。社会性生存是社会发展的客观要求,也是社会法的功能价值之所在。社会法是从整体上以维护社会和谐为直接目的而构建起来的规范体系。
