Abstract：
民营金融机构在中小企业发展过程中起着举足轻重的作用,分析民营金融机构发展中的限制因素,认为应该加快金融机构立法,规范准入机制、加强监管以及建立征信系统,提高抗风险能力,以加快民营金融机构的发展。
