Abstract:
随着电信行业的飞速发展,电信运营商急需引入以‘面向客户’为核心理念的营业受理系统。本文简要阐述了基于面向客户的营业受理系统的核心思想、系统架构、逻辑架构和设计原则。‘面向客户’的设计理念,必将成为各大电信运营商营业受理系统改革和发展的方向。
