Abstract：
详细研究了芒果苷在玻碳电极上的电化学氧化行为,建立了芒果苷的微分脉冲伏安法(DPV)测定方法,其氧化峰电流与浓度呈良好线性关系,线性范围为3.5×10-8-1.6×10-6 mol.L-1;检测限为1.6×10-8 mol.L-1.该方法用于知母中芒果苷含量的测定,结果较为满意.此外,亦对芒果苷的电化学氧化反应机理进行了初步探讨.
