Abstract：
当前,全党上下正在党的基层组织和党员中深入开展创先争优活动,文章基于这一背景,阐述了加强高校学生党员教育的重要性,剖析当前高校学生党员中存在的主要问题,探讨加强高校学生党员教育的对策,认为要发展、教育、管理三管齐下,有机融合。
