Abstract：
互动式高校学生思想政治工作由师生之间、学生之间的主体互动及思想政治与校园文化、社会环境等客体之间的互动构成,工作方式由传统的单向灌输式转变为双向互动式,体现以人为本的学生工作核心,可以提高高校学生思想教育工作的实效。
