Abstract：
大学治理结构是大学制度的核心,构建一个适合社会发展要求、符合本国实际的大学治理结构,是现代大学制度建设的根本任务。归纳和总结美国大学治理的发展历程,分析美国大学治理的特点及价值,旨在对中国大学治理所面临的结构性调整进行有益的探索。
