Abstract：
用飞利浦Magix PW2424型X射线荧光光谱仪对不锈钢建筑管材进行元素定量分析,测定不锈钢中S、Si、P、Ni、Cr、Ti、Mn、W、Co、Mo、Cu等11种元素.给出各元素的基体效应校正系数,建立了标准工作曲线.实验结果证明X射线荧光光谱分析方法准确度高、速度快,并具有良好的稳定性.
