Abstract：
以中性表面活性剂十二胺(DDA)为模板剂,在常压下温和湿化学法合成了无序的虫洞状介孔结构的硫化锌,并系统研究了反应物配比、反应时间、反应温度及体系pH值等工艺条件对材料合成的影响,得到了合成的最佳工艺条件.借助X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微分析(TEM)对所得样品进行了表征.
