Abstract：
产业集群强化了竞争,但也出现了过度竞争。本文给出了产业集群过度竞争的概念和表现,并从进入退出壁垒、柠檬市场和路径依赖角度分析了集群过度竞争形成机理,据此提出相应的政策建议。
