Abstract：
采用提拉法生长了尺寸为22 mm×50 mm的Ba3(VO4)2晶体。室温下测试了Ba3(VO4)2晶体不同激发配置下自发拉曼散射光谱。另外测试了该晶体在532 nm、25 ps脉冲下的受激拉曼散射,观察到3阶斯托克斯线(625.5 nm)和1阶反斯托克斯线(506.8 nm),并估算了Ba3(VO4)2晶体的稳态拉曼增益系数。
