Abstract：
随着人类现代社会经济的发展,环境问题日益严重,已经威胁到了人类的生存和发展。环境法及环境法学的发展,正积极寻求和探索着一条人类社会可持续发展道路,而对环境权的不同认识,无疑影响着环境法的发展。
