Abstract:
人力资本要素的激励问题影响到企业的经济效益,应该引起企业的重视。文章运用委托—代理模型,结合各种人力资本价值存量的差异,探讨企业如何设计合理的收入分配合同问题,以便对人力要素进行有效激励。
