介绍了受人们普遍关注的新一代平板显示器场致发射显示器研制开发的新进展情况,其中包括Sp indt结构、碳纳米管、表面传导、金刚石薄膜、M IM和M ISM结构、大面积可印刷低逸出功型等场致发射显示器。分析了每种类型场致发射显示器的优点及存在的问题,并对它们各自发展前景做了介绍。
