高素质人才是现代物流发展的关键因素。借鉴国外发达国家物流人才教育培养经验,分析我国物流人才教育培养现状,可以提出我国物流人才教育培养模式创新思路,从而加快我国物流人才开发与培养,促进我国现代物流持续、快速、协调发展。
