实验对N990炭黑进行高温CO2处理,研究CO2处理对导电性的影响。采用BET、SEM和XPS等方法表征炭黑的结构变化。分析结果表明,CO2处理后炭黑的导电性显著提高,炭黑的比表面积随处理时间明显增大。处理后炭黑的颗粒直径略为减小,表面大量新增加10~30孔径的孔洞,孔径分布趋向集中,表面的氧含量显著下降,表面基团随之减少。
