伊尼奥小单孢菌F003的发酵特性研究表明,西索米星发酵过程具有典型的非生长耦联特征.当以淀粉为主要碳源时,对数生长期最大菌体比生长速率为0.058h?1,产物合成期最大产物比合成速率0.0018g/(g?h).HPLC和酶法测定结果显示发酵液中主要的可发酵糖为麦芽糖,适合菌体生长的麦芽糖浓度或葡萄糖浓度分别为10.0~25.0和7.5~15.0g/L,可发酵糖浓度低于10.2g/L将限制西索米星合成.西索米星发酵过程淀粉水解酶表观活性的动力学特性表明,在对数生长期淀粉水解酶表观活性较高,最大值为0.84g/(L?h),在发酵中后期淀粉水解酶表观活性仅为最大值的1/4~1/20,导致可发酵糖浓度...
