＜正＞一、法律主体的涵义法律主体概念在法律中具有最基础性的意义。任何一部法律如果缺少了人的概念,其权利义务将规定得毫无意义,“因为一切权利均因人而设”。正因为主体的重要性,那么对于现在迫切需要解决的环境保护问题也应该以此为切入点,研究动物上升为法律主体的可能性就成为了根本性的问题。
