Abstract：
通过对南非SAMES公司推出的SA9904A三相电能计量芯片性能特点与应用的介绍, 并以它在配电变压器远方终端 (TTU) 中应用为例, 对硬件与软件设计进行了说明, 给出了相关的C语言程序.
