Abstract：
社会转型期,大学毕业生对职业的评价和选择比任何时候都复杂和多变。研究大学毕业生就业特别是其择业观念是高等教育研究的重要课题。文章界定了择业观念的概念,剖析了社会转型期大学毕业生择业观念的现状;并提出了大学毕业生择业观念调适的策略。
