Abstract：
本文首先考察了城市“热岛”效应对安全生产的负面影响,提出了利用焓变值对“热岛”效应进行评价的思路。接下来,通过引入遥感技术中的地温反演算法,提出了一套计算焓变值的方法,进一步确立了评价的标准,给出计算焓变指数的数学模型。
