Abstract：
硅微粉是铁合金厂冶炼过程产生的大量烟尘,经回收得到。其中含有92%以上的SiO2粉末,粒子超细,大约在400nm左右。硅微粉属于无定形的玻璃态结构,在高温下会析晶。本文研究确定了硅微粉玻璃的四个结构参数及其特性,为其在工业实际生产中使用提供了理论依据。
