Abstract：
分析了非对称接地故障时零序电流的特点,从小波理论出发,利用快速小波变换和小波奇异性检测原理,提出了一种针对非对称高阻接地故障的启动元件设计方案。仿真分析结果证实该启动元件对非对称高阻接地故障均能够可靠启动。
