Abstract：
环境法在不同国家和不同时期有着不同的称谓,这是人类对环境问题认识水平不断提高的具体反映。不同国家不同学者对环境法的概念虽有着不同的表述,但应将可持续发展与环境法的概念联系起来,为环境法的概念作出更为科学的界定。
