Abstract：
了解国内外对跨文化交际学研究的历史和现状,探讨中国人使用英语礼貌用语失误的一些现象,可以看到:要提高交际能力,缩短交际差距,不仅要学好语言的正确表达,同时也要了解文化差异,学会得体使用语言。
