Abstract：
5α-还原酶在良性前列腺增生 ( Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia,BPH)的发生与发展中扮演重要角色 ,并成为良性前列腺增生治疗药物的关键作用靶点 ,寻找其抑制剂也成为良性前列腺增生治疗药物研究开发的热点。本文概述了国内外对 5α-还原酶抑制剂的研究概况 ,为良性前列腺增生症的药物治疗与新药研发提供参考
