通过深入分析对流传热过程原理 ,在确定了影响强制风冷散热效果的因素后 ,运用航空技术中扰流方法 ,提出了一种新型强制风冷用散热器的技术 ,并通过实验证明该技术能有效地提高电力电子器件的散热效果。
