Abstract：
环境成本的外在性不仅会产生不公平贸易 ,而且污染环境。因此 ,需将环境成本内在化。但究竟什么是环境成本内在化 ?如何将环境成本内在化 ?环境成本内在化对我国对外贸易有何影响以及我国当前该如何应对 ?文章对此进行了探讨。
