Abstract：
高校学报主要刊载高校的学术研究成果,传递高校的教学和科研信息。从新闻学角度看,高校学报所传递的科研信息是新近高校科学研究的最新变动事实,其具有新闻的属性,它传递的是科研领域的新闻信息,据此提出高校学报也是新闻媒体。
