Abstract：
按新闻学观点 ,从不同角度揭示高校校报发展滞后的现状 ,从办报读者意识不强和从业队伍不健全两方面分析校报发展滞后的原因 ,提出改变发展滞后现状的对策 :提高对校报重要性的认识 ;进一步加强校报队伍建设 ;转变观念 ,增强读者意识。
